The suites are very spacious and comfortable (great beds & fresh white linens) and excellent value. I picked this hotel because of it's revues but ultimately down to price and proximity to the BTS - (overhead rail system) because I figured we could get around the city easily and also the price enabled me and my girlfriend to book individual rooms for 4 nights last week We took the BTS to Sathorn Pier for 32 bhat one way (6 stops) and took the tourist ferry (150 bhat for all day pass) and went to Wat Po, Wat Arun, The Golden Palace, Iconsiam. It is close to Mahanakhon Skywalk also. The hotel has its's own tuktuk and we availed of, the first morning to get to the BTS station. I thought that was a great amenity - it's free but we tipped 20 bhat. I really enjoyed the pool area and all of the bar staff were welcoming, and attentive, helpful and efficient, especially Joy. She waited on us mostly and was so friendly, and provided excellent service. Another member of staff that stands out, is Mr. Noom who was so helpful with our luggage, getting us a taxi or helping us out with maps. In effect he was our concierge and always greeting guests with a smile on his face. We were very happy overall with everything and being our first time in Bangkok, delighted with the location and easy access to all that we wanted to see and do.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I had a great view of the city skyline. Above all, it’s the staff that make the place extra special. The breakfast buffet is not to be missed. An amazing team right from the security, the bell desk, the reception and the housekeeping. The reception team were absolutely fantastic. They helped me a lot. First of all provided me with a travel adapter and accommodated me on my last day when my flight got cancelled. Big shout out to the house keeping team on the 22nd floor. Thank you so much for making sure there was always plenty of drinking water and coffee in my room. This hotel stands out mainly because of the staff. Exceptional team. Thank you so much for my memorable stay in Bangkok.

We enjoyed our stay at the Bandara Suites, location is good being only a short walk from Silom, the shopping centres, MRT & BTS stations and Lumphini Park. The rooms are good sized and have a desk, firm bed, safe etc. Water and coffee are complimentary in the room. We had breakfast one day at the hotel and the range and quality was very good. All the staff were lovely and helpful and the free Tuk Tuk service is a real bonus. We used it to run us back to the MRT station when we left and it was a quick and easy ride. Overall really great, we would stay again.

Large floor-to-ceiling windows with a view to the high-rises nearby gave the room lots of natural light. Location was good too. We liked the free tuk-tuk service to the Metro and could easily walk to Lumpini Park. The staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly. We would stay here again!
